What have you been telling yourself you'll do “one day”?

Maybe there’s a dream you’ve been putting off. A change you want to make. Something you want to learn, experience, create or achieve. A different direction you keep thinking about taking.

Or perhaps you can't name one big thing at all. You just know that you want something more from the next chapter of your life.

Aim Bigger is about taking those things out of the “one day” pile and exploring what it could look like to actually make them happen.

Because dreaming about something and doing something about it are two very different things.

We can wait until we feel more confident. Until we're less scared. Until life calms down. Until we know exactly what we're doing. Until other people understand. Until the timing is perfect.

And suddenly the thing we really wanted has been sitting there for months… or years.

But what if you didn't have to have everything figured out before you started?

Why Join The Aim Bigger Summit?

Running from September 23rd–27 th, 2026, Aim Bigger is a free online summit bringing together 27 speakers with different experiences, ideas and perspectives on going after what you want and creating more of the life you actually want to live.

This isn't five days of people simply telling you to “dream bigger” or believe hard enough and everything will magically happen.

We're talking about the bit between where you are now and where you want to be.

The fear. The decisions. The second-guessing. The action. The confidence. The practicalities. The times life doesn't go according to plan. Figuring out what you actually want rather than what you think you should want.

And, most importantly, what you can actually do next.

You'll discover how to:

Turn “one day” into a next step
You don't have to transform your entire life overnight. Explore practical ways to stop endlessly postponing the things that matter to you and start creating real movement towards them.

Get unstuck when knowing what you want isn't enough
Sometimes you know exactly what you should do next…and still don't do it. Explore some of the reasons we get stuck, what might actually be happening beneath the surface and different ways to start moving again.

Trust yourself more
Stop waiting until you're 100% certain you're making the “right” decision. Discover ways to strengthen self-trust, quiet some of the second-guessing and become more comfortable choosing what feels right for you.

Navigate the fear, doubt and uncertainty that come with doing something bigger
Fear doesn't necessarily mean stop. Learn different approaches to courage, confidence, identity, mindset and the nervous system that can help you move forward even when doing something new feels uncomfortable.

Figure out what YOUR version of bigger looks like
Bigger doesn't have to mean earning millions, moving across the world or completely reinventing yourself.

Maybe you want to start a business. Take a sabbatical. Travel somewhere you've always wanted to visit. Learn a language. Change careers. Prepare for retirement. Finally pursue a long-held dream. Enjoy the life you've already built more. Or simply make one change that matters to you.

Your bigger gets to be yours.

There’s no “one size fits all” way to Aim Bigger

One of the things I really wanted this summit to reflect is that getting from where you are now to where you want to be rarely happens in one neat, predictable way.

Maybe you need more confidence. Maybe confidence isn't the problem at all.
You might need to take action before you feel ready, rebuild trust in yourself after something hasn't gone to plan, let go of somebody else's expectations, understand why you keep getting stuck or finally admit that what you want now isn't what you thought you were supposed to want.

And sometimes you simply need to hear somebody else's story and think, Wait… maybe I could do that too.

That's why Aim Bigger brings together 27 different speakers rather than trying to give you one formula to follow.

Take the ideas that resonate. Leave the ones that don't. Explore different perspectives and find the things that help you take whatever your next step happens to be.

What could “bigger” look like for you?

There's no correct answer.

Across the summit, we're exploring the internal stuff that can get in the way — fear, self-doubt, confidence, identity, resistance, expectations and self-trust.
But we're also talking about the actual life you're trying to create.

You'll hear conversations about changing direction, taking a sabbatical, pursuing dreams you've been postponing, reconnecting with what you want, retirement, travel, learning, business, enjoying the life you've already worked hard to build and plenty more.

Because Aim Bigger isn't really about having bigger goals for the sake of having bigger goals.

It's about giving yourself permission to want what you want — and then doing something about it.

How does Aim Bigger work?

When does it take place?

Aim Bigger runs from September 23rd–27th, 2026.

Do I have to watch at a particular time?

No! Presentations are available throughout the summit, so you can choose what you want to watch and fit the sessions around your life.

How can I get access?

Simply register online and we'll send you everything you need to join us. You can watch from anywhere on any device.

How much does it cost?

Absolutely nothing. Aim Bigger is completely free to attend.

Who Is Aim Bigger For?

Aim Bigger is for anyone who has something they want to do, change, experience or achieve — or who simply knows they're ready for more, even if they haven't completely figured out what that looks like yet.

This is for you if:

  • there's something you've been saying you'll do “one day”
  • you have a goal or dream you're ready to take more seriously
  • you know what you want but can't seem to make yourself take the next step
  • fear, self-doubt or second-guessing keeps getting in the way
  • you're navigating a change or wondering what comes next
  • you want to trust your own decisions more
  • you're tired of waiting until you feel completely “ready”
  • you want practical ideas for turning what you want into action
  • you want to hear from people approaching change, growth and big decisions in very different ways
  • you're ready to find out what aiming bigger could look like for you

You don't need a perfectly mapped-out five-year plan.

You just need to be curious about what could happen if you stopped automatically putting what you want off until “one day.”

Meet your host, Cat Griffin

Hey, I’m Cat 👋
I think a lot about future me.
Not in a vision-board-my-perfect-life-and-wait-for-the-universe-to-deliver-it kind of way 😂

More in terms of the fact that the life I have now exists because past versions of me did things that were scary, uncertain, occasionally slightly ridiculous and very definitely outside my comfort zone.

I built a business. I grew an audience. I started hosting huge collaborative events. I've travelled, tried new things, changed direction plenty of times and said yes to opportunities without knowing exactly where they would lead.

And there have also been plenty of things I've put off, talked myself out of or left sitting in the “one day” pile for far too long.

That's part of why I wanted to create Aim Bigger.
Not because I think everybody needs to constantly chase bigger and bigger achievements.
But because I don't want the things we genuinely want from our lives to stay things we almost did.

I wanted to bring together people with completely different perspectives on that messy space between wanting something and actually making it happen.
Because future you is going to live with the things you choose to do now.

And I'd quite like us to give them something to thank us for.
